Define the customer and product

Start with the rice variety and finish, the intended customer and the market where the pack will be sold. A clear product brief helps the supplier discuss suitable packaging options and quantities.

Choose pack sizes

We welcome enquiries for 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg packs. Share the quantities required in each size. Ask for confirmation of materials, dimensions, sealing format and minimum quantities before finalising artwork.

Prepare your brand assets

Provide your logo, colour references, preferred languages and any existing packaging design. Keep editable artwork available. Confirm the print area and artwork requirements with the packaging supplier before commissioning final print files.

Review all wording before printing

Check the variety name, net weight, company details and all claims on the proof. Have destination-specific labelling requirements confirmed by an appropriate local adviser or importer. Do not print certification marks or claims unless their use is authorised and supported.

Approve a clear packaging brief

Record the selected material, pack sizes, quantities, artwork version and agreed proof approval process. Ask which costs and services are included in the quotation. Our displayed bags are illustrative concepts; discuss the final format with your enquiry.

Put your brief into practice.

Share your variety, quantity, pack size and destination. Product specifications and terms are confirmed in the quotation.
