Haji Fazal Din Rice Mill · Buyer resources

Start with the buying requirement

Tell the supplier who will use the rice: a retail brand, wholesale distributor, restaurant group or food-service buyer. Include the destination country and port, the rice variety and your preferred finish. For example, specify Golden Sella, Creamy Sella or Steam rather than asking only for basmati.

Specify quantity and packaging

State the quantity in metric tonnes and the weight of each pack. If you need mixed pack sizes, list the quantity for each size separately. Say whether you want the supplier’s brand or your own artwork. Our enquiry form includes 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg options; availability and minimum quantities are confirmed with the quotation.

Make quality expectations measurable

Share your requested broken percentage, moisture limit and grain requirements, where known. If you are unsure, describe your application and ask for a proposed specification and sample. Avoid treating a product photo as proof of a batch’s specification.

Compare the same quotation scope

Ask each supplier to identify the product specification, quantity, packaging, named port, proposed shipment terms, payment terms and quotation validity. Request clarification about included and excluded costs before comparing totals. Agree the timing and documentation requirements directly with the supplier.
